摘要
就高硫强粘结性煤与生物质在回转炉内共热解, 研究了热解温度和煤种对无机硫脱除率、有机硫脱除率、硫和氮含量的影响. 结果表明, 随着煤化度的增高, 脱硫和脱氮率降低, 1200 ℃左右脱硫和脱氮率明显增大, 1 600 ℃煤中无机硫脱除率达93% ~98% 、有机硫脱除率达80% ~95% , 煤和生物质脱氮率达85% ~93% .
Rotary furnace is used for the copyrolysis of high sulfur and strongly caking coal and biomass. The effect of pyrolysis temperature and the rank of coal on the removal of inorganic sulfur, organic sulfur and nitrogen from char were researched. The results show that the degree of the removal of sulfur and nitrogen increases notably at 1 200 ℃ or so. As coal rank increases, the effectiveness of pyrolysis in the removal of sulfur and nitrogen decreases. At 1 600 ℃, the removals levels of inorganic sulfur, organic sulfur and nitrogen are 93% 98%,80% 95% and 85% 93%,respectively.
