加压灰熔聚流化床粉煤气化技术的研究与开发 被引量:12

摘要 建立了一套直径0.2 m ,压力1.5 MPa, 日处理量3 t~4 t煤的加压灰熔聚流化床粉煤气化试验装置, 在该装置上进行了府谷煤的气化试验. 考察了压力、温度对煤处理量、碳转化率、排灰碳含量、煤气组成等工艺指标的影响, 确定了加压下开工、运行、停车程序. 试验运行验证了工艺的可行性、安全可靠性和设备设计的合理性. A pressurized ash agglomerating fluidized bed coal gasifier ( D 200 mm, pressure:1 5 MPa) with the coal capacity of 3 t 4 t per day has been established and the test of Fugu coal gasification has been carried out. The effects of pressure and temperature on the gasification ability, carbon conversion, carbon content in ash and gas composition were investigated. The start up, normal run and shut down procedures have been setup. From tests it can be proved that the technology, engineering design, operation and safety are successful and reasonable.
