摘要
通过数值计算的方法分别对管径为4mm、5mm、6mm的热虹吸管进行了模拟求解,结果表明:当加热温度相同时,管径为5mm的热虹吸管的提升量最大;随着加热温度的升高,三种热虹吸管的蒸汽产生量均增加,并且管径5mm的热虹吸管的增加速度最快;当加热温度大于75℃时热虹吸管的出口浓度随加热温度的增加而下降,并且其出口处浓度只和加热温度有关。
This study endeavors to make a simulation solution to the thermosyphon with the diameters of 4mm, 5mm, 6mm respectively by virtue of numerical calculation. The results exhibit as follows: the thermosyphon with the diameter of 5mm possesses the highest lifting capacity at the same heating temperature; while the steam consumption of the three thermosyphons is on the increase with the increase of the heating temperature, the thermosyphon with the diameter of 5mm is more than the others; while the heating temperature is higher than 75℃, the concentration at the outlet, which is only and merely under the influence of the heating temperature, decreases with the increase of the heating temperature.
