火箭免疫电泳检测原发性肝癌特异GGT

DETERMINATION OF HEPATOMA-SPECIFIC-GGT BYROCKET IMMUNOELECTROPHORESIS

目的 :研究火箭免疫电泳法检测血清γ-谷氨酰移换酶同工酶 II(GGT- )对原发性肝癌诊断价值。方法 :采用火箭免疫电泳法 ,对 6 1例原发性肝癌、2 0例急性肝炎、2 0例慢性肝炎、2 0例肝硬化、16例肝外肿瘤、2 0例孕妇和 2 0例正常人进行了检测。结果 :对肝癌的诊断阳性率为 86 .9% ,肝外肿瘤、孕妇和正常人全部阴性 ,而急性肝炎、慢性肝炎、肝硬化标本中分别有 15 .0 %、5 .0 %和 10 .0 %表现为弱阳性。结论 :GGT-

Objective: To study the diagnostic value of serum hepatoma-specific-GGT(GGT-Ⅱ) separated by rocket immunoelectrophoreses to the primary hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods: Serum GGT-Ⅱ was analyzed with rocket immunoelectrophoreses in 61 cases with PHC ,20 cases with acute hepatitis, 20 cases with chronic hepatitis, 20 cases with liver cirrhosis ,16 cases with extrahepatic cancers, 20 cases with pregnant women and 20 cases with healthy donors. Results: The positive rates of GGT-Ⅱ were 86.9% in PHC, 15.0% in acute hepatitis, 5.0%in chronic hepatitis and 10.0%in liver cirrhosis respectively,Non rocket peak was found in sera of patients with non-liver tumors, pregnant women and healthy donors. Conlusion:The immunoassay of GGT-Ⅱ is a useful method for the diagnosis PHC.[
