甲胎蛋白、癌胚抗原时间分辨荧光法与化学发光法比较 被引量:7

摘要 DTPA法制备了 Eu3+ 标单抗 ,采用夹心法建立了 AFP和 CEA IFMA。它们的灵敏度分别为 43 ng/L和 90 ng/L ;批内CV为 1.5 99%和 1.3 6% ;批间 CV为 7.13 9%和 2 .89% ;平均回收率为 10 3 .98%和 92 .78%。与 CL IA进行临床应用比较显示结果高度相关 ( AFP r=0 .90 40 ,CEA r=0 .970 5 ) Two time-resolved Immunofluorometric assay (IFMA)of AFP and CEA were established with the two-sites 'sandwich' method, by preparing Eu 3+ -MocAb using the DTPA method. Their sensitivities were 43ng/L and 90ng/L,respectively.The recovery rates were 103.98% and 92.78%. The inter- and inter-assay CV were 1.36% and 2.89% for CEA IFMA,1.599% and 7.139% from AFP IFMA. Compared these methods with Chemiluminescence Immunoassay for CIBACORNING Co for patients, they were interrelated with each other, repression eoafficients was 0.9040 for measured AFP, 0.9705 for measured CEA on clinical analysis.
