Overview of Research on Enterprises' Participation in the Vocational Education

企业参与职业教育的内在因素主要源自企业追求利益最大化的本质。目前,参与的形式有直接内部管理和间接投资两种。参与的内容涉及课程建设、教学过程、师资队伍等职业教育体系的诸多要素。缺乏良好的环境、保障企业利益的有利机制、职业教育主体的良好能力己成为企业参与职业教育的制约因素,也是有待改进的内容。今后一段时间,探索实证研究、深入企业利益诉求研究、开展体制和机制理论体系构建将成为进一步研究的方向。

The internal factor of enterprises to participate in the vocational education is mainly derived from the pursuit of maximizing the profit. At present,two kinds of participation forms are direct internal management and indirect investment. The participation contents involve the course construction, teaching process, professional teachers and many other educational facors. What need to be improved are main constraints of enterprises to participate in the vocational ed- ucation,which caused by the lacking of good environment, favorable mechanism to protect business interests and good quality of vocational education. In the furure, it will be the direction of further research to explore empirical research, to research business interests of appeding in depth and to carry out the construction of system and mechanism theory.
