摘要
"嵌入式"校企合作是高职人才培养模式构建与实践的一种探索,校企双方功能性需求的相互嵌入与满足则是这种人才培养模式的基础动力来源。"嵌入式"校企合作为企业提供直接技术支持的同时,也为学校师资、人才培养等搭建平台。要完全利用这一人才培养模式的优势,必须注意处理好校企双方的关系,制定科学可行的考评监督机制以及防止出现形式化的"嵌入式"校企合作。
and practice of "Embedded" integrated school- enterprise cooperation is a kind of exploration for establishment training mode of high vocational education, and the basic impetus resource of this mode is the embedding and fulfilling of functional needs between the colleges and enterprises. "Embedded" integrated school enterprise cooperation provides a direct technological support for enterprises, and also builds a platform of school personnel and talents cultivation. But to release fully the advantages of this mode, we should handle the relationship well between colleges and enterprises, draft a scientific and feasible mechanism of evaluation and supervision, and prevent formalized "embedded" school - enterprise cooperation.
