作为住房保障体系重要组成部分的廉租房制度是我国推行的一项旨在解决低收入群体基本住房问题的保障措施。该制度较好地体现了社会保障制度的公平性和福利性,但在运行过程中出现了公共性流失的问题,导致制度实施的效果大打折扣。文章对廉租房制度公共性流失的表现进行分析,对有效治理公共性流失提出了相应的对策。
