竹节三七总皂苷对实验动物炎症及疼痛的影响

Research of Anti-inflammatory Effect and Analgesic Action on Total Saponins of Panax Japonicas

目的:观察竹节三七的有效成分竹节三七总皂苷(total saponins of Panax japonicus,TSPJ)的抗炎镇痛作用并探讨其抗炎机理。方法:采用小鼠角叉菜胶足肿胀实验观察竹节三七总皂苷的抗炎作用,采用小鼠热板法痛阈实验以及小鼠对醋酸刺激的扭体反应实验观察竹节三七总皂苷的镇痛作用。结果:竹节三七总皂苷(50,100mg.kg-1)能显著抑制角叉菜胶所致的小鼠足肿胀;竹节三七总皂苷(50,100mg.kg-1)能升高小鼠热板法痛阈值,能减少醋酸刺激的扭体反应次数,竹节三七总皂苷100mg.kg-1组尤为明显。结论:竹节三七总皂苷具有明显的抗炎镇痛作用,与对照组比较差异非常显著。

Objective：Anti -inflammatory effect and analgesic action of TSPJ on several inflammatory models of animal. Methods： The anti - inflammatory effect of TSPJ was observed by carrageenin - induced paw edema test. Analgesic action of TSPJ was observed by hot plate test and the acetic acid - induced writhing test. Results： TSPJ （50,100mg.kg^-1 ）can inhibit carrageenin- induced paw edema. TSPJ（50,100mg. kg^-1 ）can rise hot plate of mice and reduce number of acetic acid - induced writhing on mice . Conclusion： TSPJ exerts a definite anti - in- flammatory effect on mice and has analgesic action.
