腹腔镜手术并发高碳酸血症对机体影响的研究进展 被引量:9

摘要 腹腔镜手术一般采用二氧化碳(CO2)充气,因此常并发高碳酸血症,对机体器官组织有不同程度的影响,随着不同学科及各个部位的腔镜手术的推广,高碳酸血症引起机体的病理生理变化也不断被深入研究。
