摘要
采用金相显微镜、透射电镜对中国低活化马氏体钢(CLAM)在500℃长期时效过程中的显微组织变化规律进行研究。结果表明,随着时效时间的延长,金相组织和晶粒尺寸均没有发生明显变化;马氏体板条随着保温时间的延长几乎没有变化,经过1000h时效后宽度仍然保持了时效前的约400nm。析出物发生了一定程度的长大,经过1000h时效后析出物最大尺寸约为160nm。
Microstructure evolution of CLAM steel aging at 500~C for long time was investigated by optical mi- croscope and TEM. The results indicated that the metallographic structure and grain size did not change significantly with the increasing aging time. The martensite lath almost had no change with the aging time prolonging, the wide of martensite lath was about 400nm after aging for 1000h. Precipitates coarsening with the increasing aging time obvious- ly, the maximum size was about 160nm after aging for 1000h.
