摘要 利用HFSS软件仿真微波腔馈口位置、馈口长度及负载厚度对微波加热效率的影响。通过数值模拟仿真获得一系列反射功率最小、可用于微波反应腔加热效率优化的理论依据;以此为基础,重新选取优化后的馈口位置及负载厚度,对垂直馈口和平行馈口两种微波反应器进行模型仿真。结果表明,优化后的加热效率分别达到了95%和91%。 Based on the HFSS software, the influence to microwave heating efficiency by feeds position, loads, and length of waveguide was investigated. Some laws for the optimization of microwave heating applicator were derived by analyzing the simulation results. The applicators with perpendicular and parallel feeds were redesigned according to the laws and simulated. The simulating results show that the heating efficiencies are improved to 95% and 91 %, respectively.
