伪品厚朴——薄叶润楠的生药学鉴定

The pharmacognostic identification of false Houpu Boyerunnan

目的 :对伪品厚朴薄叶润楠的鉴定 ,为正品厚朴的鉴别提供实验依据。方法 :采用性状、显微、理化的鉴别方法。结果 :伪品薄叶润楠可见横向皮孔多突起 ,油痕不明显。含多数草酸钙砂晶 ,分枝状石细胞少见 ,层纹不明显。具亮黄绿色荧光 ,加米伦试剂显灰棕色沉淀 ( ++)特征。结论 :本研究提供的鉴别方法 ,能准确地把木兰科植物厚朴和樟科植物薄叶润楠予以鉴别 。

OBJECTIVE:To identify pfalse Houpu Boyerunnan and provide experimental in formation for identification of Houpn.METHODS:The identification items include description,microscope identification and physical and chemical properties.RESULTS:False Houpurunnan have transverse skin holes and no oil trace was found.Calcium oxalate crystal was present and stone cell was rare in the mieroscope.The aqueous extract of false Houpurunnan had bright yellow treen fluorenseence under UV light(365nm).The extract produced brown preicpitate when adding Milun reagent.CONCLUSION:This research provide a method for identification which can distinguish Houpu and Boyerunnan.
