摘要 本试验以沙冬青作为试验材料,研究不同基质对沙冬青实生育苗出苗率、生长量和根系生长的影响规律,为沙冬青人工繁殖提供理论依据。试验结果表明:不同基质对沙冬青播种后出苗动态、出苗率有重要影响,其中沙土和上沙下土基质出苗快、出苗率高。不同基质对沙冬青幼苗生长有明显的影响,在壤土和上沙下土基质中沙冬青幼苗植株最高、叶数最多、叶片最大,沙土中各项指标最低,混合基质介于二者之间。10叶期和15叶期断根处理的幼苗平均侧根数较多,幼苗成活率和移栽成活率均较高。 The Ammopiptanthtts mongolicus to the test as a pilot materials, research on the seedling germination rate, the growth and root growth in different matrix in Ammopiptanthus mongolicus for artificial propagation. The results showed that: six different matrixes had important influence on emergence dynamic and emergence rate. The sand and lower soil matrix had fast emergence, high germina- tion rate. Different matrix had obvious implications on seedling growth. Plant height , number of leaf and leaf area of Ammopiptanthus mongolicus in the loam soil matrix and the scrapping, piptanthus mongelicus tree seedling plants, the lowest indicators in the sand, mixed media matrix between them. Many lateral roots in 10 leaf stage and 15 leaf stage with root - cut seedling, the survival rate of see- ding and transplanting rate were high.
