摘要
最近的一个研究指出:大部分陶瓷粉末的颗粒大小分布可根据“最弱连接”模型利用三参数Weibull函数来描述。本文讨论了使用三参数Weibull函数描述颗粒大小分布时受到的限制,并提出了一种能较好地描述ZrO_2、β-SiC和Al_2O_3粉末的离心沉降数据的方法。
A recent study shows that, for most ceramic powder, particle size distribution can be described by a three-parameter Weibull function based on the 'weakest link' model. In this paper, the applicability and limitation of Weibull function in describing particle size distribution are discussed in detail. A method which can be used to describe the particle size distribution in the centrifugal sedimentation measurement for ZrO_2, β-SiC and Al_2O_2 powder is presented.
