摘要
介绍了陕西黄陵二号煤矿有限公司应用铁谱分析技术对其所属的采掘、运输、洗选等煤炭综合利用专用设备实施油液状态监测的情况,阐述了铁谱分析技术在诸多设备故障诊断中的重要性及经济效益,总结了低速重载系统、高速轻负荷系统设备故障判据及润滑油失效报废的标准,对设备运行状况作出合理的评估。
The article introduced the application of iron spectral analysis technology to monitor fluid condition for the mining, transport and washing of coal comprehensive utilization equipment, analyzed the importance and economic benefits of iron spectral analysis tech- nology in the equipment fault diagnosis and summarized the equipment failure criterion and lubricating oil failure scrapped standard of the low speed and heavy load system and high speed and light load system for making a reasonable assessment for the equipment opera- tion condition.
