摘要
文章介绍了变截面板簧的应用现状及50CrV4弹簧扁钢的特点。根据钢中化学元素的作用,对50CrV4化学成分进行了优化设计,确定了生产工艺路线,确定了炼钢、轧钢工艺技术要点。介绍了50CrV4弹簧扁钢力学性能、淬透性能、热轧态硬度、低、高倍组织实物质量及新产品的优良性能,并指出了热轧态硬度控制应注意的问题。
The article introduces applications presently of flat spring of reduce section and characteristic of 50CrV4 flat spring steel. According to the action of element in steel, the way of technics was made certain and the gist of steel-making and steel rolling were constituted, the fine capability of new product was articled by mechanics capability hardenability, hot rolling rigidity, macrostructure and microstructure of 50CrV4 flat spring steel were discoursed,points out the key is-sues in hot rolling hardness control.
