Study on Cultivation of Core Competitiveness of Xinjiang's SME

在市场经济条件下,中小企业能否在激烈的竞争中取胜,取决于企业是否具有核心竞争力。本文从新疆中小企业在新疆经济中发挥重要作用为出发点,对核心竞争力的内涵进行了理论分析,分析新疆中小企业核心竞争力构建方面的不足,并在此基础上探索新疆中小企业核心竞争力的培育。

Under the market economy, whether the Small and Medium Enterprises （SMEs） can win in the fierce competi-tion depends on their core competitiveness. In view of the crucial role that the small and medium enterprises play in Xin-jiang＇s economic development, the paper attempts to conduct a theoretical analysis on the content of core competitiveness of Xinjiang＇s SMEs and the inadequacy of its construction, and to explore the way in cultivating the core competitiveness of Xinjiang＇s SMEs.
