摘要
目的 :考察大蒜注射剂内毒素的鲎试剂检查法。方法 :通过增强 /抑制试验 ,经过最大有效稀释后 ,可消除大蒜注射剂对鲎试剂的干扰。结果 :大蒜注射剂经过 2 0倍稀释后 ,可选用灵敏度为 0 .1 2 5Eu/ml的鲎试剂对其进行内毒素检测 ,并用家兔热原检查法进行对照试验 ,结果一致。结论
OBJECTIVE:To study the bacterial endotoxins test of garlicin injection using limulus lysate agent.METHOD:To find the maximum valid dilution(MVD) according to inhibition/enhancement test.RESULTS and CONCLUSION:When the limulus lysate′s sensitivity(λ) is 0.125Eu/ml,the maximum valid dilution is 1∶20.The result of bacterial endotoxins test is the same as that of pyrogen test with healthy mature rabbits.
