摘要
从物理层、逻辑层和社会层三个层次阐述了对赛博空间的认识和理解，指出了赛博空间不仅仅是基础设施网络，还包括逻辑网络以及逻辑网络之上的行为和关系。结合现阶段实际情况，提出应当以战场无线通信网络为对象，以“破网”为切入点，以“瘫网’’为目标，以“控网’’为最高境界，由易到难，循序渐进，有计划、有步骤地开展研究。
Based on the three-layer structure of physical layer, logical layer and society layer, our understanding of cyberspace is expatiated. We point out that the cyberspace consists of not only the interdependent network of information technology infrastructures, but also of the logical networks, as well as behaviors and relations of these networks. Considering the status quo, we should take tactical wireless communication networks as the main target, network partition as start, network disabling as present goal and network control as ultimate goal, to carry out communication countermeasure work step by step.
