基于串馈定向耦合器的三路功率合成器的设计

Design for 3-Way Power Combiner Based on Directional Couplers Connected in Series

基于两个不同耦合系数的带状线定向耦合器的串联结构，设计了L波段三路功率合成器，各路幅度相等，相位在中心频率上依次相差90°。介绍了合成器物理尺寸参数的综合方法，分析了功率容量，给出了电磁场仿真结果以及测试结果，各项指标都比较理想。相比于传统的并馈形式的功率合成器，如威尔金森合成器等，设计的合成器容易实现三路甚至更多路数功率的一次性合成，降低了合成损耗．提高了合成效率。

Based on the configuration of two strip-line directional couplers with different coupling factor con- nected in series, an L-band 3-way power combiner was designed. The 3 ways take equal amplitude and 90° phase difference in turn. The synthesis for the physical dimension of the combiner and the analysis for its power capabili-ty were given. And the result of EM simulation and measurement were given as well to show its good specifica-tions. Being compared with traditional combiner with paraUel configuration, like Wilkinson etc. it＇s easier to combine with up to more than three ways of RF power, reduces losses and improves combining efficiency.
