摘要
为实现攀钢烧结技术升级改造,第2套360 m2烧结机于2010年12月20日建成投产。针对第1套360 m2烧结机投产后长时间不能达产的问题,对新2号机开展了快速达产方法研究,进行了改进设计、跟踪建设质量与安装质量、试车消缺,工艺技术优化等措施,投产后第16天全面达到并超过设计水平,实现了快速达产,大型烧结机烧结钒钛磁铁矿精矿达产技术处于国内领先水平。投产后第2个月利用系数达到1.322 t/m2.h,作业率96.13%,比新1号机提前5个月达产,同比增加烧结矿46万吨以上;此后连续稳产高产状态,第3个月利用系数达到1.378t/m2.h,作业率97.91%。
The second set of 360 m2 sintering-machine was put into pruduction at 20-12-2010 in order to upgrade sintering technology in PANnGang. Aim at the question which the first set of 360 m2 sintering- machine long time can't researching productivity after commissioning, A fast researching productivity methods was developed to improve design ,track construction and installation quality, trial run and elimi- nate defect, optimize process technology etc so that sintering machine comprehensive achieved and excee- ded design level at 16th day after commissioning, and realized the fast researching productivity,the tech- nology of production achievement is in the domestic leading level that large sintering-machine sinter vana- dium titanium magnetite concentrate. After commissioning in the 2nd month the utilization coefficient a- chieved 1. 322 t/m2 · h,the operating rate was 96.13% with the result that the time of researching pro- ductivity advanced 5 months than new No. 1 machine and the output increased sinter 460kt; In the 3rd month the utilization coefficient reached 1. 378 t/m2 · h, the operating rate was 97. 91% ,then it proceed continuous and stable high yield.
