摘要
本文针对560 MPa级别P560L汽车大梁用钢出现了批量延伸率不合格的问题,通过采用金相分析等手段,对造成延伸不合的原因进行了分析,指出热轧工序卷取温度的波动造成部分钢卷或钢卷的局部位置卷取温度较低,组织相变进入了贝氏体转变区,而带钢表面形成了一定厚度的贝氏体组织层是造成P560L的延伸率偏低的直接原因。在生产中,通过增加Mn含量及提高中间坯厚度、提高卷取温度等技术措施后,P560L延伸率不合格的情况有了明显的改善,大大提高了合格率。
In this paper, according to the problem of elongation unqualified in 560MPa grade sheet for automobile crossbeam,through the microstructure detection and other methods to analysis the reason of e- longation unqualified. It indicated that coiling temperature fluctuations in hot rolled process caused coi- ling temperature lower in part steel coils or local position in one steel. Organization phase change into the bainite transition zone, and the strip surface formed a certain thickness bainite organization layer is caused the elongation lower in P560L. In production, by increasing the Mn content, improve intermediate slab thickness and coiling temperature technical measures, the elongation unqualified situation has obvious im- provement in P560L, greatly improved qualified rate.
