摘要
回转窑作为高温煅烧物料的主要设备,被广泛应用在铝用阳极石油焦的煅烧工序中,而作为保护回转窑金属筒体及减少窑内热量损失的回转窑内衬的使用寿命,直接影响到回转窑设备的正常使用寿命。本文重点从新型预制块的使用及预制块与现场浇注相结合的新工艺的应用,对回转窑内衬使用寿命的延长及施工工艺的改进来进行论述。
The rotary kilns for material calcinations with high temperature are widely used as the es- sential equipment in the process of aluminum anode of calcined petroleum coke. The materials being calcined direcdy affects the normal life of rotary kiln equipment as they are protection for the metal shell of the kiln as well as they can reduce thermal loss in the kiln lining service life. This article discussed rotary kiln lining service life extension and improvement of construction process, by focusing on new implement of prefabricated blocks and field application of new combination of casting process.
