摘要
本文介绍五车联锁技术在攀钢捣固焦炉生产中的应用。该技术在运行近两年来的结果表明,有效避免车车相撞的事故发生。确保焦炉正常顺利生产,降低设备检修时间,减少设备维护人员的劳动强度。运行精度高、可靠效果明显,可广泛应用于捣固焦炉生产中。
The article introdUces the application of the 5 machines sinterlocking technology in tamp coke oven production. The result of the operating indicates that it can avoid colliding fault between ma- chines by use the technology. And guarantee smooth production in coke oven normally, reduce the device service time and labour insensitive of maintenance personal. For it is reliable and obvious effect, the sys- tem can be used in tamp coke oven production.
