热连轧板坯加热炉出炉温度自学习的研究与开发

本文主要介绍了加热炉出炉实际温度对加热炉模型的动态修正功能,利用回归分析法,通过粗轧出口温度返推加热炉出口温度,在将返推出炉温度与加热炉目标温度进行比较,修正,最后通过调整炉膛温度达到对加热炉出炉温度的自学习的目的。

This text mainily introduce the Dynamic fixed function of discharge temperature of furnace for the furnace＇ burning mondel, take the ues of regression analysis, and the exit temperator or Rough mill to calculate the discharge temperature of furnace, then compare with the target discharge temperature ,fin- ialy get the aim of the discharge temperature self-learning through adjust the furnace temperature.
