摘要
文章研究了印刷行程中印刷漏量逐步减少规律及陶瓷发热片在不同的印刷方向时的阻值分布情况,分析了造成的内在原因,为公司相关产品发热片网印阻值合格率稳定及提高指明了一个工艺控制方向。
This article introduces the rules of printing leakage＇s gradual reduction in the printing stroke and the distribution of ceramic heater＇s resitance in the different screen printing direction,and analyzes the underlying reasons, which points out the direction for the company to improve their product resitance＇s stability and quality.
