摘要
制备了Cu-27Zn-4.6Al(质量百分数)形状记忆合金,采用不同的工艺参数进行热处理。通过显微组织观察、XRD物相分析、形状回复率测试等对不同热处理后的样品进行了分析研究。结果显示,在850℃固溶淬火后出现板条较细小、界面平直清晰的典型马氏体组织;随着固溶温度的升高,合金的晶粒逐渐变大,形状回复率先增大后减小,850℃时达到最大。
Cu-27Zn-4.6Al(wt%) shape memory alloy was treated by different heat-treatment processes, and the samples were studied by microstructure observation, XRD phase analysis, and shape recovery ratio testing. The results show that: typical martensite appears at 850℃, which is relatively fine with straight and clear interface. With the increasing solution temperature, the grain size increases gradually, whereas the shape recovery ratio decreases after it rises to the maximum value at 850 ℃.
