摘要
为培养学生的综合设计能力,使学生更好地掌握检测技术,开发了非接触测量综合设计实验。利用电涡流传感器与其非接触的被测金属物体之间的电涡流效应,检测到这二者之间的距离,将此距离与该实验装置的机械结构综合考虑,推算出被测物体的尺寸,达到了准确度等级大于等于1.0和非线性误差小等技术指标,对工程应用有一定的参考和借鉴价值。
For the purpose of cultivating students' comprehensive design ability and enabling students to better master the detection technology, the comprehensive design experiment of non-contact measurement is devel-oped. Using the eddy current effect between the eddy current sensor and the non-contact measured metal ob-ject, the distance between the two is detected, then this distance and the mechanical structure of the experi- mental apparatus are comprehensively considered. The size of the measured object is calculated, and the level of accuracy greater than or equal to 1.0 is obtained and nonlinear error is small. The results show that this comprehensive design experiment development is successful, it can not only achieve its purpose but also break-through the measurement range of eddy current sensor, improving the accuracy and linearity of the device, and having certain reference values for engineering applications.
