面向职教的FMS与多机器人综合实训平台研究与开发 被引量:1

摘要 以职业教育为应用背景,为提升FMS(flexible manufacture system)的整体性能、拓展其适用面,将多机器人、传感器网络等技术融入FMS。给出了FMS总体结构、传感器网络环境下多机器人协同控制系统结构,以及FMS物流子系统基于Petri网的建模和优化算法。实际应用验证了所设计平台以及相关算法和软件的有效性。 Taking vocational education as the application background, several techniques, including the multi- robot and the wireless sensor networks, are integrated into the FMS to promote the whole performance and to extend the applicability. Some key issues such as the general structure of FMS, the multi-robot collaboration control system under the wireless sensor networks environment, the FMS logistics system modeling based on Petri network and optimization algorithms are discussed. The practical application is implemented to verify the effectiveness of the platform, algorithms and software.
