摘要 研究了1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑醋酸盐([Emim]Ac)与二甲亚砜(DMSO)的质量比和溶解温度等对TATB溶解度的影响,用红外光谱(FTIR)、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、高效液相色谱(HPLC)和差示扫描量热(DSC)对结晶TATB的结构、形貌和热性能进行了表征。结果表明,[Emim]Ac与DMSO质量比为3∶7、温度为90℃时,TATB的溶解度为9.8g/100g。通过改变反溶剂醋酸的滴加速率能够控制TATB晶体的大小,形成的小颗粒镶嵌在大颗粒之间的晶体结构具有更好的热稳定性。 Effects of the mass ratio of 1 ethyl 3 methylimidazolium acetate ([Emim]Ac)/dimethyl sulfoxide (DM SO) and solution temperature on the solubility of TATB were studied. Fourier transform infrared (FT IR), Xray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM),high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and dif- ferential scanning calorimeter (DSC) were employed to research the structure, appearance and thermal properties of crystallized TATB. The results show that when the ratio of [Emim]Ac/DMSO is 3 : 7 and the solution temperature is 90℃ ,solubility of TATB reach the maximum value of 9.8g/100g. The size of recrystallized particles can be controlled by changing the dropping rate of desolvation acetic acid. The size-larger TATB crystals of smaller crystals to fill in the gaps between the larger ones have better thermal stability.
