摘要
基于溶胶-凝胶工艺,在二氧化硅(SiO2)溶胶向凝胶的相变作用过程,在凝胶点时加入HMX的二甲亚砜(DMSO)溶液,制备出HMX/SiO2(质量比80∶20)凝胶。用扫描电镜和傅里叶变换红外光谱对产物进行表征。结果表明,HMX/SiO2凝胶呈近似直径为0.5~1.0μm球形。与相同质量分数的HMX/SiO2机械掺杂混合物相比,HMX/SiO2凝胶的特性落高H50由31.70cm提高至52.24cm,摩擦感度由30%降至0。在铜管约束条件下,当平均装药的密度为1.15g/cm3时,临界传爆直径约为0.6mm。
Based on sol gel method, the solution of dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO)dissolving HMX was added into solgel system at gel point of SiO2 and then the gel of HMX/SiO2 (mass ratio 80 : 20) was prepared by the phase trans formation process of SiO2. The composite structure was characterized by SEM and FTIR. The results show that HMX/SiO2 gel has an approximate spheric shape with a diameter range of 0.5- 1μm. Compared with the mixture of HMX/SiO2 at the same mass ratio,the critical drop height H50 of HMX/SiO2 gel increases from 31. 70cm to 52. 24 cm and the friction sensitivity reduces fro age density of 1.15 g/cm^3 with the restraint m 30% to 0. The critical diameter of booster was about 0.6 mm at condition of a copper pipe.
