HPLC法测定咳喘平合剂中盐酸麻黄碱、伪麻黄碱的含量

Determination of ephedrine and pseudoephedrine in Kechuanping mist by HPLC

目的建立复方制剂咳喘平合剂中麻黄碱、伪麻黄碱的含量测定方法。方法色谱柱:Diamond C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)。流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(6∶94)。流速:1.0mL·min-1,检测波长:207nm,柱温25℃,进样量10μL。结果盐酸麻黄碱在0.1008～0.5040μg范围内呈良好线性关系,平均回收率为100.3%;盐酸伪麻黄碱在0.1015～0.5075μg范围内呈良好线性关系,平均回收率为101.1%。结论本测定方法简便可行、重复性好,可用于咳喘平合剂中有效成分盐酸麻黄碱、伪麻黄碱的含量测定。

OBJECTIVE To determine the contents of ephedrine and pseudoephedrine in Kechuanping mist.METHODS HPLC was used to determine the content of ephedrine and pseudoephedrine in Kechuanping mist.Samples were analyzed on an Diamond C18 column（4.6mm×250mm,5μm）.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution（6∶94）.The column temperature was 25℃ and flow rate 1.0mL·min-1 at a detection wavelength of 207nm.The injection volume was 10μL.RESULTS A good linearity was obtained over 0.1008～0.5040μg of ephedrine and 0.1015～0.5075μg of pseudoephedrine for plasma with a good linear relationship.The average recoveries of ephedrine and pseudoephedrine were 100.3% and 101.1% respectively.CONCLUSION This method is simple and quick.and can be used for the quality control of Kechuanping mist.
