摘要
采用低温等离子体技术复合改性过滤膜对厨房油烟的净化效果进行了研究。通过计重法测得改性过滤膜的油烟去除效率平均值高于85%,改变放电电压和放电空间等参数,可实现低温等离子体对油烟排放物颗粒分级结构的改变。应用低温等离子体复合改性过滤膜技术可以实现厨房油烟的多项大气环境指标达标排放,具有广阔的市场前景。
The refined kitchen fumes were refined by adopting non -thermal plasma (NTP) combined with modified filter film technology to make it up to national standards of China. The purification efficiency ratio of kitchen fumes was determined by gravimetric method using the modified filter film, based on spray fusing in average. The particles' formation of kitchen fumes was changed by the discharge NTP reactor. The NTP combined with modified filter films technology applied in the of the kitchen fumes and reached the emission standards appropriately. nonwovens, which was above 85 % voltage and the discharge space in the research can be used in the emission
