从化学实验教学、实验室库房管理和实验室队伍建设三方面阐述了我院实验室管理的经验和不足,初步探讨了我院实验室管理的新思路和要求。同时也说明了实验室管理创新是深化学校教学改革的必然要求。

The experience and deficiencies of laboratory management in Longyan University were discussed mainly from three aspects of chemistry experimental teaching, laboratory warehouse management and laboratory team construc- tion, and the new ideas and requirements of laboratory management were initially explained. Meanwhile, the innovation of laboratory management was the requirement of deepening teaching reform that was illustrated.
