热水槽爆炸事故的原因分析及安全对策

摘要 通过热水槽爆炸事故的原因分析,该热水槽原为氯气缓冲罐,因氯气缓冲罐内进水,腐蚀穿孔,作报废处理,在车间改造时作为常压热水槽使用,实际在使用时已达到压力容器的要求,由于缺少有效的设备监管,造成热水槽超压物理爆炸,最后提出安全对策措施,加强特种设备的安全管理。 Through the cause analysis of hot water tank explosion accident, the water tank was chlorine buffer tank, due to chlorine buffer tank water, corrosion, for scrap processing, and used as pressure hot water tank in the workshop transformation, practical use reached the requirements of pressure vessels. As the lack of effective equipment supervision resulting in a hot water tank overpressure physical explosion, safety measures were finally put forward to strengthen the safety management of special equipment.
