Causes Analysis of Leaders' Power Influence Weakening and Countermeasures

当前,受领导生态环境变化的影响,领导者权力的影响力出现弱化现象。文章立足现实,运用心理学、组织行为学等相关理论进行原因剖析,并从权力类型建设、制度安排、组织承诺管理和利用网络媒体四个方面提出了提升权力影响力的途径。

At present, the influence weakening of leaders＇ power begins to emerge due to the influence of leaders＇ ecological environment change. Based on the present reality, reasons were analyzed by using psy- chology, organizational behavior theories. From four aspects such as power type construction, institutional ar- rangement, organizational commitment management and use of network media, the ways to improve the influence of leaders＇ power were given.
