摘要
以某型重机枪为研究对象,在不改动枪身的前提下设计一种新型弹性三角枪架。通过建立机枪有限元模型,分析计算其固有特性;建立基于刚柔耦合多体系统动力学的机枪虚拟样机模型,求解出其在连发状态下的动力响应。所得结果与原有三脚架进行分析比较,证明新型三脚架的优越性。
Taking a heavy machine gun as a studying object, a new type elastic gun tripod was designed based on gun-body unchanged. The finite element model of the gun was established to analyze its natural characteristics; its virtual prototype model based on rigid-flexible coupled multi-body dynamics was established to obtain its muzzle dynamic response in the repeated-shots condition. The results were compared with those using the original gun tripod, and it was shown that the new tripod is better.
