闽南乌龙茶及其产地稀土信息二阶聚类研究 被引量:6

Study on South Fujian Oolong Tea's Characteristic Based on Producing Area Rare-Earth Oxides Information by the Two-step-cluster

摘要 本研究基于闽南乌龙茶某主产区收集的毛茶、鲜叶及对应土壤中的稀土含量进行样本系统检测,通过二阶聚类分析。从阈值特征上可将干毛茶采集区归入四个特征组:低稀土含量区(产地代码2、3,下同),次低稀土含量区(1、8)、次高稀土含量区(4、9)和高稀土含量区(5、6、7);鲜叶采集区分三个特征组:低稀土含量区(2、4),中稀土含量区(1、3、7、8、9、10),高稀土含量区(2、4、5、6、7),2、4、7三地样本中稀土含量有异化趋势;土壤采集区归为四类:低稀土含量区(3、8),次低稀土含量区(2、5、7、9),次高稀土含量区(4),高稀土含量区(1、6、10)。明确了该乌龙茶主产区稀土含量水平镇域细分的集群特征,并据此实现了基于产地稀土信息的镇域化聚类,可为闽南典型乌龙茶产区低稀土茶园选建及茶园稀土管控提供支撑和依据。 The rare earth oxides (REOs) of raw tea, fresh leaves and soil samples were tested and analyzed in this research, group characteristics of town subdivision were found by the two-step-cluster. The acquisition regions of raw tea samples have been divided into four characteristic groups by threshold value character of REOs, which were in sequence of low content area (code of origin 2, 3), sub-low content area (I, 8), sub-high content area (4, 9) and high content area (5,6,7); the acquisition regions of fresh leaves have been divided into three characteristic groups, which were in sequence of low content area (2, 4), medium content area (1,3,7,8,9,10) and high content area (2,4, 5,6,7) , however, three regions (2,4,7) exhibited an alienation trend; the acquisition regions of soil samples have been divided into four characteristic groups, which were in sequence of low content area (3, 8), sub-low content area (2, 5,7,9), sub-high content area (4) and high content area (1,6,10). Thus regionalization for towns has been realized by producing area REOs information accordingly, which could provide support and basis for construction of low- REOs Oolong tea garden base and REOs management and control in South Fujian producing areas.
