摘要
在合成催化剂活性日益下降的情况下,分析了合成汽包压力、合成塔入口温度、入塔新鲜合成气分配比、弛放气量、入塔气体的甲醇含量、合成系统的压力等因素对甲醇合成反应的影响,并通过正交试验设计得到了在当时催化剂活性条件下的最佳操作参数,提高了甲醇产量,使产量下降的问题得到缓解。
In the case of synthesis catalyst activity declining,the effects of synthesis drum pressure,synthesis reactor inlet temperature,fresh syngas distribution ratio,purge gas amount,methanol content in the inlet gas of reactor and synthesis loop pressure on methanol synthesis for the 2500MTPD methanol plant of China BlueChemical.Through the orthogonal experiments,the best operation parameters relating to the activity of the catalyst then were obtained,which increased the methanol output and mitigated the problem of production declining.
