The definition of atmospheric pollution sources, assessment grades and ranges was analyzed, as well as assessment of current environmental air quality, main points of environmental impact assessment during construction period, and predicting contents, methods and results of environmental impact during operation period. Some main points of atmospheric environment impact assessment were discussed, including flue gas treatment measures and its feasibility for domestic waste incineration plants, and management and monitoring of atmospheric environment.
