浅谈侵权责任法中的医疗损害责任

2010年7月1日《侵权责任法》正式施行,这是我国第一部对医疗损害责任做出了系统规定的法律,该法明确规定了医疗侵权责任的构成、归责原则、免责事由、责任形式以及医疗损害赔偿标准等内容,对医务人员行医提出了更高的执业要求。

On July 1,2010 the tort liability law enforcement official,this is our country the first medical liability to make the system of legal regulations,the law clearly define the tort liability structure,medical liability principles,without prejudice,liability form and medical damage compensation standard,content,to the medical staff put forward the higher medical practice requirements.
