摘要
德宏傣族景颇族自治州是一个集边境、民族、欠发达的边疆少数民族自治州。党的十七大报告提出了"建设生态文明"的重大战略任务。这对德宏州来说,既是挑战,又是难得的机遇,我们要抓住机遇,全面认识德宏州生态环境的优势和劣势,迎接挑战。文中分析了德宏州生态环境的优势、存在的问题,提出了生态环境利用和保护的对策。
The dai nationality with the provincial jingbo autonomous prefecture is a collection of border,and the nation,undeveloped frontier minority autonomous prefecture.The party congress report put forward ＂the construction of ecological civilization＂ the great strategic task.This is in dehong prefecture,is not only challenge,is a rare opportunity,we should seize the opportunity,a comprehensive understanding of the ecological environment in dehong prefecture advantage and disadvantage,and meet the challenge.This paper analyzes the ecological environment,the advantage in dehong prefecture existent problem,put forward the ecological environment,utilization and protection measures.
