摘要
图书馆员是图书馆工作中人的因素,其自身的和谐是图书馆的工作之本。在目前图书馆的环境下,图书馆员的自身的和谐是心理和谐、语言和谐、行为和谐三者良性互动的结果。
The librarian are the human factor in library managing work,his self-harmony is the basis of the whole work.Against the existing problems,we carry out discussion from psychological harmony,language harmony and behavioral harmony,and point out that self-harmony is the interaction of the above three kinds of harmony.
