Analysis on Ethic Relations in Operation of Modern Enterprises

现代企业运行中的伦理关系总的来讲可以分成两大部分:一个是企业内部的伦理关系;另一个是企业外部的伦理关系。企业内部的伦理关系主要是企业与股东(投资者)、员工的伦理关系;企业外部的伦理关系主要包括企业与顾客、供货商、债权人、债务人、政府、媒体、社区、环境及竞争者等方面的伦理关系。

Generally speaking,there are two parts of ethic relations in operation of modern enterprises： one is the ethic relations inside the enterprise;another is the ethic relations outside the enterprise.The former mainly includes the ethic relation between the enterprise and shareholders（investors） as well as employees.The later mostly includes these ethic relations between the enterprise and customers,suppliers,creditors,debtors,government,media,community,environment,competitors,and so on.
