摘要
以轮古常压渣油为研究对象,考察了不同温度热反应前后类型硫在渣油各组分中的分布和变化,进一步探讨了热转化过程中类型硫的转化规律。结果表明,同一温度下热反应后,渣油各组分的硫醚硫占渣油总硫质量分数比由大到小的顺序为沥青质、芳香分、胶质Ⅰ、胶质Ⅱ和饱和分,而噻吩硫的顺序则为芳香分、沥青质、胶质Ⅰ、胶质Ⅱ和饱和分;在热反应过程中,硫醚硫以裂解反应为主,随反应温度升高,硫醚硫逐渐减少,但重组分中硫醚硫可能存在缩聚反应;噻吩硫同时存在裂解和缩聚反应,但需在较高反应温度下进行;随反应温度升高,硫醚硫和噻吩硫的脱除效果均增强。
Lungu residue was thermally treated at different temperatures to investigate the distribution and variation of sulfur types in every component.On that basis,the conversion of sulfur types in residue thermal reaction was analyzed.The results showed that under the same reaction temperature,the mass fraction ratio of sulfidic sulfur to total sulfur in every residue component was in the descending order of asphaltenes,aromatics,resins I,resins II and saturates,while the mass fraction ratio of thiophenic sulfur was in the descending order of aromatics,asphaltenes,resins I,resins II and saturates.In the thermal reaction,the amount of sulfidic sulfur decreased with the increase of reaction temperature and there mainly existed the cracking reaction,and fewer condensations in heavy fractions.Thiophenic sulfur reacted simultaneously in the form of cracking and condensation,which needed a higher reaction temperature.With the increase of reaction temperature,the desulfurization of sulfidic sulfur and thiophenic sulfur tended to increase during thermal conversion.
