超声法制备介孔TiO_2及组合技术脱硫 被引量:3

Preparation of Mesoporous TiO_2 by Ultrasonic Method and Combination Desulfurization Technology

摘要 以钛酸丁酯为钛源、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为模板剂,在超声波强化作用下制备介孔TiO2,并采用XRD、FT-IR、TG-DTA、UV-Vis、TEM和EDX分析手段对所得样品进行表征,以苯并噻吩为模型化合物,考察其光催化氧化脱硫性能。结果表明,在450℃下焙烧2h、n(TiO2)/n(CTAB)=1/0.04的条件下,可得到球形粒子状、颗粒分布均匀、紫外光吸收边为387nm、禁带宽度为3.32eV、晶粒粒径6.93nm、平均孔径3.21nm、比表面积147.134m2/g、孔容0.259cm3/g的锐钛矿型介孔TiO2。在催化剂用量15mg、H2O2作为氧化剂、nS/nO=1/200、萃取剂甲醇5mL、吸附时间40min、20℃反应3h的条件下,对5mL苯并噻吩石油醚溶液的脱硫率为98.62%。 Mesoporous TiO2 powders were prepared under ultrasonic reinforcement,with butyl titanate as raw material,cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide(CTAB) as template.The prepared samples were characterized and comparatively analysed by XRD,FT-IR,TG-DTA,UV-Vis,TEM and EDX.The photocatalytic performance of mesoporous TiO2 was investigated with benzothiophene as model compound.The results showed that under the conditions of calcination temperature 450℃,calcination time 2 h,n(TiO2)/n(CTAB)=1/0.04,the mesoporous anatase TiO2 could be obtained,which was spherically shaped particles with uniform particle distribution,the ultraviolet absorption boundary of 387 nm,the band gap of 3.32 eV,the particle size of 6.93 nm,average pore diameter of 3.21 nm,specific surface area of 147.134 m2/g and pore volume of 0.259 cm3/g.The desulfurization rate of 5 mL benzothiophene-petroleum ether solution was 98.62% under the conditions of TiO2 catalyst 15 mg,oxidant H2O2 amount with nS/nO=1/200,extracting agent methanol 5 mL,adsorption time 40 min,reaction time 3 h and room temperature 20℃.
