大型混合居住社区的规划设计实践——以上海市宝山区庙行镇场北村共康北二块住宅项目为例

将经济适用房与商品房捆绑开发的混合居住社区为解决弱势群体住房难问题、降低贫困聚集问题提供了一种新的思路。基于项目规划设计实践,从总体规划、设计理念、交往空间、绿化景观系统、建筑设计等方面总结了大型混合居住社区的规划设计经验,并例证了"社区混合,小区同质"规划模式的可行性。

The mixed residential community that is developed by bundling economically affordable housing and commodity housing provides a new thought for solving the housing problem of disadvantaged groups and the problem of reducing aggregation of poverty.Planning and design experience for large mixed residential community is summarized from overall planning,design idea,communication space,landscape system and building design on the basis of project planning and design practices,and the feasibility of the planning mode of ＂mixed community,and homogeneous neighborhoods＂ is exemplified.
