摘要
介绍了新加坡装配式组屋的发展及特点,分析了工业化生产方式在生产效率、资源和能源节约以及环境保护等方面不可替代的优势,肯定了工业化住宅在我国的发展方向。以新加坡达士岭组屋为例,表明了当前新加坡组屋已经不光是为了解决基本需求问题,还向着宜居方向发展。并提出新加坡装配式组屋的发展历程对我国建筑工业化发展的启示:国家主导并制定合适的行业政策非常重要。
It introduces development and features of Singapore＇s fabricated HDB flat,analyzes industrialized production method＇s irreplaceable advantages in production efficiency,resources,energy saving and environmental saving,and confirms the development direction of industrialized housing in our country.That Singapore＇s Pinnacle at Duxton is taken for instance shows Singapore＇s present HDB flats are not only for solving basic demands but also develop toward livable direction.The enlightenment of development course of Singapore＇s fabricated HDB flat to our country＇s building industrialization is also presented：it is crucial that the country dominates and make suitable industrial policies.
