旧住房综合改造探析

旧住房改造是改善居民居住条件的有效手段,由于房屋使用现状、改造资金来源不同,因此改造标准也不同。文章通过对旧住房使用现状调研分析,结合现有居住水平和改造更新的现实性,提出旧住房综合改造方式和内容。

Remolding of old housing is an effective measure for improving citizen＇s residential conditions.Remolding standards are different since current situation of house and source of remolding fund are not same.The article proposed methods for comprehensive remolding of old housing and content through investigating current situation of old housing and integrating present residential level and reality of remolding.
